Where does the 4% come from?
Direct payments only. When a guest pays you through the Stripe account you connect to iGMS, iGMS takes 4% of that payment, whichever site the guest found you on. That includes the stay, the cleaning fee and any extras, but not taxes or a refundable security deposit.
Payments that Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com collect and pay out to you are never charged. Payments you take outside iGMS, by bank transfer or in cash, are never charged. No direct payments, no fee.
