How can I cancel a subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, please check out our Help Desk article: /help/knowledge-base/how-do-i-cancel-my-igms-subscription/. Note that we don't charge cancellation fees.
How can I use this software free of charge?
You are eligible to use iGMS free of charge when you connect up to 4 properties. Please note that on the Free pricing plan, functionality will be limited (most features will work for Airbnb listings only). If you want to opt for the Free plan, please send an email to our customer experience team (support@igms.com) for further instructions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Holding high standards of PCI and DSS compliance, we use Stripe as is our primary payment processor. It is totally safe, we don't store your credit card numbers on our servers.
What are the payment terms?
Payments are charged monthly for the PRO monthly or flexible subscription. Our trial period is completely free, and once it’s over, you will only be charged a prorated amount for the first month. We will only charge you for active properties where you’ve had at least one confirmed booking during that calendar month. We DO NOT charge you for duplicate listings.

If you sign up for an annual subscription with less than 5 connected properties, you will be charged the whole amount during 3 business days. If you opt for an annual subscription and have over 5 properties connected, the charges are paid on a monthly basis and the annual contract should be signed.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
There are NO hidden fees at all, and we don’t charge an obligatory setup fee either. In fact, if you have 10 or more properties connected to iGMS, our customer experience team will provide you with a free setup session to help you get started. They will help you get to grips with multiple listing management and make the most of our system.
Are there any cancellation fees?
We do not charge any cancellation fees for monthly subscribers. Although, if you cancel the annual subscription before the year period is over, your pricing plan will automatically get switched to the monthly plan and you’ll be charged the difference for the months at the end of the period.
How does the iGMS billing team calculate charges?
iGMS billing team will charge you according to the number of active properties within the billing cycle and chosen rate (monthly or annual). Please note that we do not charge you for the duplicated listings if you have grouped them properly. Yet, if the listings appear on a multi-calendar as two separate properties, both will be charged.
What is an active property?
An active property is one vacation rental that has been booked at least once during the billing cycle. ALWAYS refer to the multi-calendar to calculate your pricing accurately. If you place your property on several platforms (Airbnb, HomeAway, Vrbo), as a listing you have to group properties via a channel manager if you want them counted as one property. Otherwise, they will be considered as independent units and charges will be applied accordingly.
What if I have a house and rent out rooms too? Is it still one property?
No. If you rent an entire home and the rooms, we consider them as separate properties. This means that if guests have booked both units during the month, we will consider them as active properties. Please refer to the multi-calendar at all times to plan subscription cost.
When do you send invoices?
At the beginning of the current month, you will be sent an invoice for the total number of properties that were active in the previous month. Please note that the billing team will take into account properties despite the time of the month you have them linked/unlinked. Also, the billing team will consider the property active if there was a booking during the billing period even if a user marked the property inactive at the moment of billing.
How does the Flexible plan work?
Our Flexible pricing plan is designed for hosts who'd like to pay only for the actual number of days their properties had reservations. This pricing is available only for new clients. The payment for iGMS usage will be calculated based on the number of booked nights ($1 for a booked night).
Note: A canceled reservation is considered as a reservation by our billing team.
Demo
Why should I request a demo session?
A demo session is a great chance quickly to see our iGMS vacation rental software in action. This is also the quickest way to discover the main functionality. We will be happy to answer all your questions about the software, pricing, etc after the demo. A demo session will save you a great deal of time that you would normally spend discovering the system by yourself.
How long does the demo take?
The demonstration session will take you anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
How much does it cost?
The demo session is absolutely free.
What equipment do I need?
You will need your computer and a stable network connection. You might also want to use headphones with a microphone (if the microphone is not built into your device) in case you have a Live demo session.
Do I have to sign up before or after the demo session?
You don’t have any obligation to create an iGMS account. During the demo session, we will be showing you the demo account. This will allow you to see all the functionality in detail.
Can I expect confidentiality?
Sure thing. The information you share with us is not going to be disclosed according to our Privacy Policy.
Vacation rental management platforms’ integration
What happens after I connect my short-term rental management platform account(s)?
You will keep all of your existing account access and permissions. Your accounts will be fully integrated and you can start using all the features of our vacation rental software.
Will iGMS have access to any of my account details (credit card, password, etc.)?
No. We do not have access to your personal data. Your data is absolutely confidential.
Calendars and Channel Management
Which of the vacation rental management platforms, apart from Airbnb, are you integrated with?
iGMS has direct native integration with Airbnb and the biggest channels from the HomeAway family that include Vrbo, HomeAway, and the top regional platforms.

Other major platforms like TripAdvisor, Agoda, Expedia etc. can be connected via iCal.
Does iGMS allow me to manage all my properties listed on different platforms via a single calendar?
Absolutely! You will have a single calendar to manage all your bookings. Having everything on one dashboard will help you avoid double-booking issues.
