Now you can prioritize your conversations with the “Pin it” function. Do you have an active conversation? Just “pin” the dialogue to the top of your message feed and it will be the first thing you see in a communication panel. This way your most important chats will be handled as a first priority.
You have been chatting with many guests regarding different listings. How do you find someone in all these dialogues? Now you can do it easily! Just type the name of the guest or reservation number into a “Search” field in iGMS communication panel and retrieve past messages. You’ll be amazed how much time you can save with this tool on your Airbnb management.
Need a reminder? Schedule a snooze alert about making an amendment to a reservation or answering a guest message. Snooze the action for 5 minutes or longer in a dialogue window.
Guests deserve personal approach. Although automatic messaging is extremely important sometimes the automation is not the best solution for Airbnb chat. Some of our customers couldn’t wait for this feature to come. Now you can disable automation in one click to cease auto-message to a particular guest.
