How to integrate Cleanster with iGMS

The cleanliness of your property is one of the first things your guests will check when thinking of making a booking. That’s why it is essential to optimize your cleaning process, making it more efficient and ultimately achieving a seamless rental turnover.

Our integration with Cleanster allows you to book top-rated cleaners for your rental properties. With Cleanster, you can get professional home, office, and Airbnb cleaners with just one touch of your phone.

By integrating your iGMS account with Cleanster, you’ll skip the hassle of manually searching for a cleaner and invite them to join your team.

How do I integrate my iGMS account with Cleanster?

If you don’t have Cleanster Account:

If you’re new to Cleanster and don’t have an account yet,  you should create one on the Cleanster’s Sign Up page.

Once you finished creating a Cleanster account,

1. Click Book Now! on the mobile app or New Booking on the web app.

2. Choose Short-Term Rental.

3. Select Connect to PMS.

4. Find iGMS and click Connect. This will bring you to the iGMS page, so make sure you’ve logged into your iGMS account in another tab in the same browser. After that, click Allow.

5. Select the property you want to connect to and click Add.

6. Confirm the property details. If you’d like cleaning to be booked automatically, make sure you toggle on Activate Auto-booking. Click Save.

If you already have a Cleanster account, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the account.

2. Then check on your properties.

3. Select the property you want to connect to iGMS and click on the 3 dots. 

4. Then click Modify/Edit, check the details information of your property, and click Next. 

5. Select Connections (PMS & iCal) and click Update Property. 

6. Search for iGMS and click Allow. 

7.  Make sure you log in to your iGMS account in another tab in the same browser. Once you received the “Access granted” message, go back to the Cleanster tab on your web browser.

8. Select the property you want to connect, and then Choose the property or properties you’d like to connect and click Add.

9. Confirm the property details. If you’d like cleaning to be booked automatically, make sure you toggle on Activate Auto-booking. Click Save.

Each time you receive a reservation via a listing connected to an iGMS property, Cleanster will automatically schedule a cleaning upon check-out!
