About iGMS

iGMS is short-term rental software for independent hosts and property managers on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. It brings bookings, calendars and guest messages into one place: a channel manager that keeps every calendar in sync, a unified inbox where AI suggests replies, automated guest messaging, cleaner and co-host access, an owner portal, payments through Stripe, direct booking websites, and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

iGMS is an Airbnb Preferred Partner, a Booking.com Advanced Partner, a Vrbo Connected Partner and an official Google Vacation Rentals partner. It integrates with PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond and DPGO for dynamic pricing, and with Stripe, Safely, Jervis, Turno and other tools.

Plans: FLEX (paid per booked night), PRO and PRO+ (per property per month). New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The Free Plan pilot costs $0 a month, with a 4% fee only on direct payments. The app is available in English and Spanish.
