In addition, this acknowledgment also helps our current and potential users to rest assured that our software is truly one of the top tools on the market.
The Capterra site enables users to search for and compare different software solutions. Here users can find independent reviews written by actual users. Thus, the information shared about software is unbiased.
The Top 20 Hospitality Property Management Software Report includes stand-alone software solutions as well as software suites. To be included in this prestigious list, the software solution must provide core hospitality property management functionality and have received a minimum of 20 unique user reviews between September 2018 and September 2020. In other words, Capterra considers both the functionality as well as the feedback written by the users.
The criteria for the Top 20 Vacation Rental Software Report is the same. The only difference is that instead of offering core hospitality property management functionality, the software should offer core vacation rental functionality.
At iGMS, we always put the needs of vacation rental managers first. We also really make an effort to ensure that we stay up to speed with advanced technologies by continuously improving our software.
